We’ve got your new go-to dinner spot. This hot new restaurant is in the heart of the Walt Disney World Resort at the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa. The hotel features a variety of tasty destinations like their rooftop bar illume and their signature restaurant Sear + Sea Woodfire Grill. Tucked away on the first floor of the hotel is UnReserved Food Bazaar. This new food hall concept restaurant will have you coming back for more.

A Mediterranean Masterpiece

The markets of Europe inspired the resto’s concept where you can bounce around sampling one culinary delight to the next. When you walk into the restaurant, you immediately feel at home. UnReserved is warm and inviting, and the staff makes you feel you’ve been coming for years. Everyone is family here. Our favorite feature? The open kitchens. We love being able to watch the culinary magic happen.

This international-inspired casual dining spot features something for everyone, from freshly rolled sushi to charred flank steak, house-made tagliatelle, and some of the best cheesecake in Orlando. We got a sneak peek at their menu and have all the deets on their bold flavors.

The Delicious Details

We kicked off our tasting journey with their signature sushi roll. They stuffed the UnReserved roll with king crab and cucumber and topped with jalapeno, spicy mayo, and tobiko. The heat of the jalapeno balanced out the richness of the crab perfectly. A vegan meatball followed up the sushi—and while we were skeptical, it was absolutely killer; you’d never know they did not make it from meat.

For dinner, we had a sampler of their starters, like the baby kale salad with a basil vinaigrette and their Tuna Crudo with pomegranate seeds. Of course, they served our meal with their complimentary bread service—we’re a big fan of the seeded sourdough—and in between bites we sipped some of their signature cocktails like the Dill Martini, which we had never seen before. It was refreshing, light and the perfect drink to start the evening.

Moving to the entrées, we started with something that can never go wrong: garlic mashed potatoes paired with ribs in a raspberry guajillo BBQ sauce that we could have guzzled on its own. Their menu also features Arroz Caldoso, which reminded us of seafood paella and a hibiscus flower-rubbed red snapper with a citrus and fennel slaw that just screamed summer.

The big winner of the evening? Beef cheek ragout with gnocchi. The flavors were so rich, and the gnocchi was perfectly light and delicate. It was a match made in heaven.
The UnReserved has made a tremendous splash into the Orlando food scene, and we’re so excited for everyone to try their creative menu full of fun and unique pairings.
