Indulge in the season’s brightest cocktails from these local hotspots.

Making spirits bright…with spirits. That’s the name of the game at local watering holes this holiday season, and Orlando’s favorite bars and lounges are offering myriad ways to indulge in some extra special libations, as we ring out the old (huzzah!) and toast to the new.

Snowball Old-Fashioned

The Courtesy Bar will once again host the wildly popular “Miracle on Orange” pop-up bar through Christmas. The complete seasonal overlay features a bevy of festive drinks and over-the-top decor. Returning favorites such as the Snowball Old-Fashioned (photo above) will appear alongside new offerings like the Fruitcake Flip (brandy, Jamaican Overproof Rum, Amaretto, Cherry Bitters and a whole egg.)

Sippin’ Santa

360 American Bistro and Bar at the Meliá Orlando will host a pop-up of the tiki persuasion. “Sippin’ Santa” melds tropical and Arctic in funny, campy style. Enjoy fun flavors that include the Kaloka Colada, the Parrot in a Pear Tree and more.

Moncheri Bosendorfer

At the Bösendorfer Lounge, love is in the air as guests are invited to indulge in a Moncheri (photo above). The intoxicating mix of Bulleit Bourbon, St. George Spiced Pear, lemon and ginger beer also includes a local ingredient: PKZ Orange Blossom Honey, created in a partnership between the Grand Bohemian and Parramore Kidz Zone.

Christmas in Aspen

Celebrate the season at Mathers Social Gathering with the Christmas in Aspen, a cozy concoction of vanilla vodka, chocolate liqueur and white chocolate, and topped with crushed candy cane bits, guaranteed to transport you to the slopes—if only in your dreams.

The Grinch Stole My Cocktail

Deck the halls deliciously at The Robinson and indulge in an entire menu of Seussical inspiration with “The Grinch Stole My Cocktail,” libations that pay homage to everyone’s favorite holiday redemption story. Whether you choose the “Cheermeister,’’ the “Holiday Hoobie-What-y?” or the “Santa, Bye-Bye,” we predict your heart will grow three sizes with holiday cheer.
