Disney’s Jollywood Nights Returns with more Holiday Magic
This separately ticketed event is offered on select dates from November 7 - January 5.
We’re officially halfway to the holidays, and that means Disney fans have something festive to look forward to. Disney has announced that Jollywood Nights will return to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for its third consecutive season, bringing glitz, glamour and holiday cheer to the park on select evenings from November 7, 2026, through January 5, 2027. For the first time since the event debuted, the celebration will even extend into the new year, giving guests a few extra opportunities to experience the after-hours party.
If you’re wondering how Jollywood Nights differs from Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom or EPCOT’s Candlelight Processional, the answer comes down to atmosphere.
While Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party leans into classic Disney holiday traditions with snowfall on Main Street, character parades, complimentary cookies and cocoa, and family-friendly entertainment, Jollywood Nights is designed with a more sophisticated, Hollywood-inspired vibe. Think vintage glamour, jazz lounges, specialty cocktails, stylish décor and entertainment that celebrates the golden age of Hollywood alongside modern Disney favorites.
The event features exclusive live stage shows, themed dance parties, rare Disney character encounters and lower wait times for many of Hollywood Studios’ most popular attractions. Guests can also sample exclusive holiday-inspired food and beverages that are only available during the event, along with limited-edition merchandise and photo opportunities throughout the park. Disney has also confirmed that new character experiences and additional entertainment offerings will debut in 2026, with more details expected later this year.
Unlike EPCOT’s Candlelight Processional, which centers around the moving retelling of the Christmas story with celebrity narrators, a live orchestra and mass choir, Jollywood Nights is less about traditional holiday storytelling and more about celebrating the season through music, nightlife and immersive entertainment. It feels more like a festive holiday party than a park-wide Christmas festival.
As with Disney’s other holiday parties, Jollywood Nights is a separately ticketed event with limited attendance, helping create shorter attraction waits and a more relaxed atmosphere than guests typically experience during regular park hours. Event tickets include entry beginning at 5:30 p.m., while the party officially runs from 7:30 p.m. until 12:30 a.m. Tickets go on sale July 9 for guests staying at select Disney Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels and Shades of Green, with general public sales beginning July 16.
