May gives us so many opportunities to celebrate and it’s really not a party if you don’t have ice cream! Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream will have ice cream waf-a-tacos for Cinco De Mayo. Mini Waf-a-tacos will be a limited release beginning May 5 at 3:00 pm at all locations while supplies last, limit two per person. Let’s talk flavors! You can choose from Red Velvet Waf-a-tacos with Malted Vanilla Chip ice cream and topped with chocolate enrober or Vanilla Waf-a-tacos with Key Lime Pie ice cream and topped with graham cracker dusting.
Duffy’s Sports Grill
With Cinco De Mayo here to get the party going, Duffy’s Sports Grill is having a fiesta to start off the month. Their Cinco De Mayo menu runs all weekend from May 1 – May 5. The menu features some spicy specials like an $5 El Jimador Margaritas, $3.50 Modelo Especial Drafts, and their new Firecracker Shrimp Tacos Trio for only $11.
Central Florida’s most popular purveyor of fresh and tasty tamales is the perfect spot to celebrate Cinco De Mayo. Tamale Co. Hourglass models a modern yet traditional Mexican décor and incorporates pre-Hispanic cooking utensils and equipment to give guests an idea of the art of tamale making.
Head on over to Boxi Park in Lake Nona for the ultimate Cinco de Mayo fiesta. On Wednesday, May 5 they’ll be celebrating all things tacos and tequila. Tickets are $20.00.
