By now, Orlando knows how to put on a show — but this season, Broadway in Orlando is popping champagne, cueing the confetti, and rolling out a lineup that’s basically an all-star cast of Tony winners, cultural icons, and maybe even a little Hogwarts magic.

Celebrating its 10th season at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, the 2025-2026 AdventHealth Broadway in Orlando season feels like a greatest hits album… if that album included witches, wizards, circus elephants, and a whole lot of soul.

The Headliners (AKA The “Must-See-Or-We-Can’t-Be-Friends” Shows)

  • Harry Potter and the Cursed Child — Florida debut! Four weeks of full-blown wizardry right here in Orlando. No Floo Powder necessary.

  • The Wiz — Ease on down the road into this reimagined classic with 70s funk, soul, and visual spectacle for days.

  • Water for Elephants — The beloved novel hits the stage with dazzling circus visuals and a story that will straight-up steal your heart.

  • The Outsiders — Winner of 4 Tony Awards including Best Musical, this gritty coming-of-age tale will have you feeling all the feels (and maybe calling your childhood friends to say “Stay gold.”).

  • Kimberly Akimbo — 2023’s Best Musical Tony winner about a teenage girl trapped in an aging body and her awkward, hilarious quest to live life large.

  • SIX — The six wives of Henry VIII reclaim their crowns — and their mics — in this pop-concert spectacle that’s part history lesson, part Beyoncé-level banger fest.

  • Hadestown — The hauntingly beautiful love story set in the underworld returns to Orlando for those who missed its first electric run.

  • Hell’s Kitchen — Alicia Keys. A jukebox musical. Need we say more?

  • The Notebook — Yes, that Notebook. Bring tissues. And your ex.

  • A Beautiful Noise: The Neil Diamond Musical — For every Sweet Caroline in your life.

Broadway in Orlando: The Glow Up is Real

Ten years ago, Orlando was dipping its toes into the Broadway scene. Now? It’s cannonballing into it. The Dr. Phillips Center has become one of the country’s top Broadway markets — with over a million theatergoers and a subscriber base that just keeps growing like a dramatic final-act crescendo.

“We’re thrilled to debut Harry Potter and the Cursed Child in Florida — right here in Orlando,” said Kathy Ramsberger, president & CEO of the Dr. Phillips Center. “Our 25/26 season features award-winning productions fresh from Broadway, reinforcing our commitment to delivering world-class arts directly in our community.”

Translation? Orlando isn’t playing around anymore. This is Broadway-level energy with a little Florida flair — sun-soaked by day, jazz hands by night.

If you’ve ever said “I need to see more shows,” this is your moment. Broadway in Orlando’s 10th anniversary season is a victory lap for local theater fans — and it’s inviting everyone to the after-party.

See you at the theater — probably crying, laughing, and leaving humming show tunes.
