Want a sneak peek? Here’s a recipe for the famed Monorail Yellow cocktail, created originally for the spectacular Top of the World, which predated California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, and closed in 1993.
Monorail Yellow Cocktail
1 ¼ ounces rum
3 ounces orange juice
¾ ounce coconut cream
2 ½ ounces pineapple juice
¾ cup crushed ice
1 maraschino cherry, for garnish
1 orange slice, for garnish
Mix rum, orange juice, coconut cream, pineapple juice and ice in a blender for 10 seconds.
Pour into tall glass and garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.
