From Thursday, February 11, through Sunday, February 14, indulge in a four-course prix fixe menu that includes some of the restaurant’s most beloved dishes.

- Berkshire Apple Wood Smoked Pork Belly
Sun Dried Tomato Grits, Candied Pear Mostarda, Pork Jus - A Land Remembered Crab Cake
Jumbo Lump Crab, Blood Orange Gastrique, Scallion Aioli
The second course options include:
- Lobster Bisque
Lobster, Crème Fraîche, Spring Chives - Spinach and Strawberry Salad
Turtle Creek Goat Cheese, Candied Pecans, Pickled Baby Heirloom Tomatoes, Caramelized Onion Vinaigrette
Then save plenty of room for the sumptuous third course, featuring Valentine’s Day Surf &Turf, including six-ounce Filet of Beef and Scallop Spiedini, Confit Garlic, Campari Tomato, Bernaise Sauce, and accompanied by Fingerling Potatoes with Parmesan, Truffle Butter, Chives, Creamed Spinach
Finally, end on a sweet note with Candie’s Kiss, a combination of White Chocolate Coconut Mousse, Mascarpone Cremeux, Strawberry Crunch, Red Glaze, Fresh Strawberries, Strawberry Champagne Gelée.
