Tom & Dan’s 11th Annual Bad at Business Beerfest Returns to Sanford

If you’ve ever wondered what happens when you mix two local legends, dozens of Florida breweries, live music, and absolutely no cover charge, the answer is simple: chaos in the best possible way. The 11th Annual Bad at Business Beerfest, hosted by everyone’s favorite mischief-makers Tom & Dan, is back on Saturday, November 22, and it’s shaping up to be the biggest (and possibly “baddest”) one yet.
Once again, thousands of beer lovers will flood Historic Downtown Sanford’s “Famous L”, the stretch between The West End Trading Company and Celery City Craft, for an afternoon that proves good times don’t have to cost a dime. Starting at 12:00 p.m., festival-goers can snag a sample cup (while supplies last) and sip their way through free tastings from dozens of Florida’s finest breweries.

The soundtrack for this sudsy Saturday kicks off with DJ Sharpe from Orlando Music Syndicate, spinning from noon to 2:00 p.m., followed by live tunes from Silver Linings Band as the taps officially open and the crowd gets lively.
Among the standout brewers on tap this year: Hourglass Brewing, Persimmon Hollow Brewing, Ivanhoe Park Brewing, Bowigens Beer Company, Funky Buddha, Rockpit Brewing, and Central 28 Beer Company, plus seltzers and ciders from Flora THC, Surfside, and Keel Farms. And because it wouldn’t be a Tom & Dan event without some local love, you’ll spot returning sponsors like The DeWitt Law Firm (Just Call Moe!), Modern Plumbing, My Eternal Vitality, the Orlando Science Center, and The Orange County Regional History Center.
Even though the event is totally free, attendees can level up their experience with a $20 “FULL POUR” cup donation benefitting the Yellow Brick Road Foundation, a cause close to Tom & Dan’s hearts. Only 200 of these special cups will be available, and they’re guaranteed to go fast.
