After a three-week spring refresh, Luke’s in Maitland is once again welcoming guests into its warm, coastal-inspired atmosphere. The reopening marks a new chapter for the restaurant while staying true to the elements that made it a local staple.

The reimagined space features a completely updated bar with rich wood tones and soft leather seating, setting the tone for casual elegance. Outside, a new lounge and patio offer additional space to soak up the Florida sun or unwind with an evening cocktail.

A Menu Anchored in Coastal Roots

With its refresh, Luke’s has realigned its culinary focus, emphasizing approachable yet ambitious coastal cuisine. New menu highlights include:

  • Grilled True North Salmon with Ponzu Cucumbers

  • Swordfish Milanese

  • Crab & Artichoke Fondue

These join returning guest favorites like the Crispy Fish Sandwich. Entrée salads, shareable plates, and sourdough flatbreads round out a menu designed to please returning fans and new guests alike.

Soft Opening Now Underway, Grand Reopening May 27

The soft reopening began on May 7, allowing early guests to explore the revitalized space and taste the updated menu. The official Grand Reopening will follow on May 27, after a private Media Night showcasing the refreshed interiors, seasonal dishes, and the Luke’s team behind it all.
