OUR DOCTORS

All of our physicians are certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Creamer and
Dr. Fernando are certified in Pain Medicine. In addition, Dr. Creamer has certification in Spinal Cord Injury Medicine.

We pride ourselves on establishing the standard for pain management modalities, such as musculoskeletal ultrasound, regenerative therapy, electro-diagnostic evaluation, image-guided pain blocks, implantable medication pumps, spinal-cord stimulation, SI joint injections, and minimally invasive treatments for the management of spinal stenosis and sacroiliac joint dysfunction.
