Wow, l loved your article on Chocolate. I always wondered how it was grown and where. My friend uses chocolate even in her vegetable soup and it is great.

I plan on reading it again to digest it all. Just last week I was at Gargis Lakeside Italian Restaurant off of Orange Avenue and on Lake Ivanhoe in Orlando's Art and Antique district. I had the BEST Tiramisu cake I ever ate there and that says a lot since my husband used to own Italian restaurants. They must use a better chocolate powder and the right blend on the top that was very palatable. I sure wish I had their recipe, but doubt they will give it up as it is a chef owned restaurant and they probably will not let their secret recipe out.
