Dr. Ly T. Nguyen is the first and only cataract surgeon in St. Cloud, Florida, providing expert eye care to the community for over 15 years. As founder of Eye Florida, she specializes in cataract surgery with premium intraocular lenses, oculoplastics, and minimally invasive glaucoma treatments.

Her path to ophthalmology began when her father needed cataract surgery, inspiring her to pursue medicine at the University of Hawai’i and complete her residency at the University of Colorado, where she earned the Resident Research Award in Ophthalmology.

She is a published researcher and has received multiple honors, including Top Doctors, Best of Florida, and Orlando Style’s Elite Doctors.Beyond medicine, Dr. Nguyen is a mentor, coach, entrepreneur, and real estate and business developer. She enjoys reading, traveling, gardening, and plans to write a memoir about her family’s journey as first-generation immigrants.
