Fist Day of Fall Pub Crawl – Mills 50 District – 6 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Big River: The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn – Mad Cow Theatre – 7:30 p.m.
It's opening night for this musical adaptation of Mark Twain's classic. Huck and Jim's heartfelt experience is told through foot-stompin' music as they navigate their way in search of freedom, friendship, and their future – a classic celebration of pure Americana adventure. Show runs through Oct 22, Thursdays – Sundays in The Harriett Theatre. Curtain time is 7:30 p.m. for all evening performances and 2:30 p.m. for Sunday matinees. Rock of Ages – Osceola Arts – 7:30 p.m.
This fist pumpin', head bangin', rock star musical kicks off it's run tonight! Showing Friday through Sunday from now till October 1, curtain time is 7:30 for Friday and Saturday performances and 2 p.m. for Sunday matinees. Shows are recommended for ages 18 and up only. Florida Blogger & Social Media Conference – Full Sail University – 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
This one-day gathering of bloggers, vloggers, podcasters, marketers and others, known informally as FLBlogCon, offers panels and workshops to help online entrepreneurs take their work to the next creative level and make money with it. Orlando Burger Battle – Ace Cafe – 5 to 9 p.m.

Dog Agility Competition of Florida – Kissimmee – Sat & Sun, 6 a.m.
This is a team competition at Silver Spurs Arena at Osceola Heritage Park, that is not sanctioned by any organization but generally follows American Kennel Club rules. Teams are sponsored by various clubs or can just be a group of individual dog owners whose pets train together. For more info: ohpark.com
Special Olympics State Golf Competition – Walt Disney World Resort – Fri & Sat, Times Vary
276 athletes with intellectual disabilities from across Florida plus more than 300 coaches, volunteers, family members, and members of the public. All events are free and open to the public. For more info: specialolympicsflorida.org
