Reel Short Teen Film Festival – The Enzian – 11 am

The Enzian Theater and the Winter Park Public Library promote art education and visual literacy with a free festival of films made by area teenagers. Short films accepted from students in grades 8-12 compete for awards from both the audience and a special jury. For more info: enzian.org

St. Patrick's Day Parade – Winter Park – 2 pm

Wekiva Paint Out – Longwood – Through Sat

Foodstock Orlando Festival – Mulitple Locations – Times Vary

Cirque Italia: Water Circus I – Sanford – Fri to Sun, Times Vary

23rd International Carillon Festival – Bok Tower Gardens – Sat & Sun, 1 & 4 pm

Florida Strawberry Festival – Plant City – Through March 12
