Dickens By Candlelight – Alden Rd. – 7:30 p.m.

A tradition since 1997, this year enjoy a free staged reading of the script featuring Terry Olson, David Russell and the young adults who grew up with the show as their parents rehearsed and performed this story of Scrooge's transformation. Surfing Santas – Cocoa Beach – 8 a.m. to noon

The Nutcracker – Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts – Fri to Sun

The Central Florida Ballet presents their annual performance of this holiday story based on a fairytale in which the Nutcracker doll comes to life as an enchanted prince who saves a pretty young maiden named Maria from distress in the Walt Disney Theater. It Was A Very Good Yule: 1940's Edition – Mad Cow Theater – Fri to Sun
