At the early age of 15, Tia Bastian discovered a passion for all things design. Whether it was historic and notable architecture or distinctive homes with spectacular interior or exterior achievements, she was captivated by spaces that told a story. Since 2003, Tia has been deeply involved in real estate investing, remodeling foreclosures, staging homes for clients, designing both interior and exterior environments, and has currently established herself as a sought-after pool designer in the Winter Garden area.

Raised in Massachusetts, Tia is a graduate of Chelmsford High School. She went on to graduate from the NHIA in Manchester, NH, for Interior Design and studied Kitchen and Bath Design at the BAC in Boston. Over the course of her career, her work has been featured in several publications, including Coastal Home Magazine, Accent Magazine, and Architectural Digest—notably highlighting her own residences at 4 Leigh Circle in Stratham, NH and 7866 Skiing Way Winter Garden, FL. In addition, several of her custom homes were showcased in the Parade of Homes Tours in Exeter, NH.

In the beginning of her career, Tia joined forces with her contractor brothers and built numerous custom homes in the Boston and New Hampshire area—successfully blending her strong investment instincts with a keen eye for design. Some of these homes served as venues for fundraising events that benefited the Portsmouth Regional Hospital in Portsmouth, NH and the Exeter Hospital in Exeter, NH. Upon relocating to the Winter Garden area in 2014, Tia connected with a local furniture and design firm, earning numerous awards for her innovative work before discovering her true passion for pool design.

Her creative talents and ambition led her to Dreamscapes Pools & Spa in Sanford, FL, where she has excelled as an independent pool designer and partners with Dream Finders Homes in Central FL, working with new homeowners to create stunning backyard retreats that complement their new construction project.

Tia takes immense pride in truly connecting with her clients, listening closely to their ideas and assisting them to bring their dream outdoor spaces to life. Her merit-based accomplishments are driven by a strong work ethic, a hands-on approach, and an unwavering dedication to her craft. For Tia, construction and design aren’t just a profession, it’s a lifelong passion that helps families create spaces where memories are made and cherished for years to come.
