July 31-Aug. 2 This arts-and-entertainment convention focuses on anthropomorphic characters, with interactive art and performances that feature costuming, puppetry, improv and music. This year’s theme: “Cops & Robbers.” Megaplex raises money for C.A.R.E. Foundation, which seeks to raise public awareness of local wildlife and abused pets.
