Nooceptin Review – Is this really the strongest Nootropic?

Nooceptin Headerhen we heard another Nootropic was coming us to review, we were expecting the usual, an under dosed and weak product that has little to no effect and just leaves us with 30 days of wasted time and testing. Then we opened up and saw Nooceptin. Normally we review products in 30 day blocks, Nooceptin we decided to review for 60 days, of our 90 day supply.

Nooceptin is the new brain supplement from industry leading nutra brand SAP. Who have already delivered one of the most effective and safe alternatives  to adderall, Vyvamind. Vyvamind is an extremely high end supplement with a level of strength not seen in modern day energy and focus pills. Our Nooceptin review then, hopefully leaves us having tried a similar product. Strong, reliable and safe.

Nooceptin 60 day review summary:

A highly effective nootropic that delivers on promises of enhanced cognition, improved memory and increased drive and energy  and then some. Nooceptin is easily worthy of the title ‘Best Nootropic 2023’. Leaving us trialing it for another 90 days. The drawback? The cost. Nooceptin remains competitive against other products, but still may be expensive for those not willing to invest in its quality.

Who Makes Nooceptin

Nooceptin is made by a company called SAP Nutrition, and whilst they aren’t a household name like Johnson&Johnson or GSK, they have been developing and designing natural solutions to minor mental issues for a few years now.

With a HQ in the UK and a few sites for manufacturing and fulfillment in the US, SAP are seemingly are fairly focused company and don’t really stray behind products that impact mental function. Previously mentioned Vyvamind has been mentioned by some huge publications and and picked up numerous awards for its effects, so going by that alone you can be sure that SAP are a trusted brand and Nooceptin is a product that meets stringent manufacturing standards required for sale.

Nooceptin Safety Considerations

  • USA Made – Check
  • Manufacturing Standards – FDA/cGMP
  • Storage – Controlled/Safe
  • Contaminants – (COA) Certificate of Analysis available.

Nooceptin is made in then USA, in a facility that meets the FDA requirements for operation. It also has a cGMP (good manufacturing practices) certification. Meaning that Nooceptin isn’t a risky product shipped in from overseas, instead its manufacturing is controlled, and so the formula that you will be taking is clearly labeled on the bottle.

Nooceptin also uses naturally derived compounds, ensuring that you shouldn’t experience adverse side effects from supplementation.

Nooceptin Effects

The trial we did on Nooceptin was over a 60 day period. We’re going to break down our Nooceptin review in 3 parts, weeks 1-3, 4-6 and 6-8. Largely there will be a bit of cross over, as initial effects we felt were compounded in the later weeks.

Nooceptin 1

The overall verified effects we got from Nooceptin in this 60 day period were:

Faster thought processing – We felt sharper and more alert with a notable reduction in the time it took to answer questions as well as recall things. People actually picked up on this a couple of times during our trial period.

Better Memory – We found we could remember our days much more clearly, recalling smaller events we’d normally forget. This may have been coincidence, but we do believe that memory recall was certainly boosted (and still is!). We are planning on trying a formal memory test beginning in 2-3 days.

Stress reduction and motivation –  We also took more enjoyment in completing work assignments and seemed to complete things to a higher standard in a shorter time frame, without feelings of stress and anxiety that are fairly common within our industry.

Energy levels improved – We found we had the ability to ‘do’. Getting out of bed was easier and we felt more in tune and clearer with what we needed to do for the day, sort of like ‘a good day’ but instead this was nearly every day once we were well into supplementation.

Weeks 1-3

During the initial phase of this Nooceptin review, we felt the results a little slower. However by around the end of week 1, really started to feel more motivated. This was also around the time we felt we could think a little quicker as well as do more with our time. This carried on for the full 3 weeks at the beginning.

Weeks 3-6

During this period, we kept our energy levels and motivation up, but we also noticed that Nooceptin was allowing our days to feel a little longer. We pinned this down to remembering  more and feeling more alert through the day. By this stage we were finding our ability to manage our workload efficiently astounding, and also really started to enjoy the little things a lot more.

Weeks 6-8

During this stage we were really blown away by this product. We were very pleased with the results and the fact that they were sustaining us at such a high level without any noticeable side effects or unwanted effects.

Nooceptin Formula and Ingredients

  • Citicoline
  • Rhodiola Rosea
  • Bacopa Monnieri
  • L-Theanine
  • Gingko Biloba
  • Lions Mane Mushroom
  • Panax Ginseng

The ingredients in Nooceptin can have various benefits for your brain and overall health. They may improve your memory, mental energy, creativity, motivation, and even your ability to cope with stress on their own. Nootropics, which are compounds that increase the amount of certain chemicals in your body, are often derived from natural sources, such as plants.

While nootropics have some limitations, some ingredients are more promising than others. Studies have shown that good nootropics can reduce norepinephrine, and increase 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) expression. These chemicals are found in brain regions including the hippocampus and the central cortex.

Rhodiola Rosea

Rhodiola rosea is a powerful nootropic ingredient that works to boost the brain’s energy levels. Its benefits are varied, but there are some common side effects to watch out for. Although the herb is generally well tolerated, it can cause an upset stomach in some people. Some people also report experiencing insomnia after taking the supplement. However, there are few reported side effects that are serious enough to stop you from trying it.

Adaptogens help the body adapt to stress. This means they can make us more resilient to stressful situations, such as work or family obligations. In addition, they can help our bodies better deal with chronic stress and fatigue. Studies have found that rhodiola rosea can improve burnout symptoms in people who suffer from chronic stress. In one study, 118 participants with burnout took 400 mg of the herb daily for 12 weeks. During this time, the participants showed improvements in symptoms of burnout, with most improvement occurring during the first week. Further trials are needed to confirm this finding.

Rhodiola rosea can increase your mental work capacity and endurance during exercise. Studies have found that taking it daily for four weeks can increase the mental work capacity of young healthy volunteers. The herb is also an excellent remedy for senile dementia. Its antioxidant, antidepressant, and anti-oxidant properties can improve your overall mental performance.

Citicoline is a nootropic compound that works by increasing levels of acetylcholine in the brain. As a result, citicoline helps improve working memory, response time, and mental agility. The compound is also an effective antioxidant and helps the brain repair itself. It also improves energy levels without the crash associated with other nootropic ingredients.

Citicoline has been shown to improve mood and decrease depressive symptoms. It is particularly helpful in those recovering from addictions. In one study, it decreased depression markers in people with methamphetamine addiction and bipolar disorder. It also improved subjects’ subjective measures of depression. The study participants also reported feeling less stressed and less anxious, which suggests that the ingredient has antidepressant-like effects.

Studies have shown that citicoline improves blood perfusion in the brain and enhances neurotransmitter activity. It also improves cell signaling and has been shown to protect the brain from neuropathological changes in Alzheimer’s and other related disorders. However, its effect on other vascular diseases is not yet clear.

Bacopa Monnieri Extract

Bacopa monnieri is a plant that contains the active ingredient bacosides. It is a powerful compound that protects against damage caused by free radicals, which have been linked to several chronic diseases. Bacosides have several important benefits, including antioxidation, neuroprotection, and cardiovascular protection. They are also thought to improve memory and learning.

Research has shown that Bacopa monnieri may improve cognitive functions in humans. In one study, it was found to improve memory and processing of visual information. It also improved impulse control and cognition in children with ADHD. Several other studies have suggested that this natural supplement may reduce the symptoms of this neurodevelopmental disorder.

Bacopa monnieri has a number of nootropic effects, including antidepressant and antioxidant properties. It also enhances brain blood flow and reduces the effects of stress in rats. Researchers have discovered that Bacopa monnieri extract may protect against the oxidative stress caused by ethylcholine. It also stimulates brain-derived neurotrophic factor and activates cAMP response element-binding protein.

Ginkgo biloba Extract

Ginkgo biloba extract is a powerful ingredient for brain health. It promotes the release of norepinephrine, a chemical that plays an important role in memory and executive function. Some studies indicate that this ingredient can reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease, Alzheimer’s dementia, and peripheral artery disease.

Studies show that Ginkgo biloba has a targeted effect on blood flow, which is a vital component for brain health. It improves blood flow and protects the body against free radicals. It also increases the blood flow to the cerebrum, which promotes memory. However, this ingredient should be avoided by people taking blood-thinning medications, low blood pressure, or diabetes.

Although ginkgo biloba may improve brain function, some people are not able to tolerate it. It can interact with other medications, and in some cases, it can cause dangerous side effects. It should not be used as a stand-alone supplement, and you should check with a medical professional before taking it.

Lion’s Mane Mushroom Extract

Lion’s Mane mushroom extract boosts the brain’s performance by modulating neurotransmitter activity. It also increases concentration, clears brain fog, and supports overall brain health. The supplement contains clinically researched ingredients that are caffeine-free and natural. These ingredients work together to support cognitive function and provide immediate results.

Lion’s Mane Mushroom Extract comes in a variety of forms, including capsules, powder, and extracts. In capsule form, it is available in 500-mg doses. Alternatively, you can add it to juice, smoothies, or water. Liquid extracts, or “tinctures,” contain higher concentrations of active ingredients than powdered versions.

The mushroom contains special compounds called erinacines that promote the regeneration of neurons in the brain. These compounds easily cross the blood-brain barrier. They also improve immune function, inhibit tumor growth, and reduce amyloid plaques. These amyloid plaques block signals between neurons and are implicated in various neurological disorders.

Panax Ginseng

Research shows that ginseng improves memory, learning, and concentration. This Asian herb boosts nerve growth factor and neurite growth in the brain. It also contains amino acids and the neurotransmitter GABA, which has anti-anxiety properties. However, there are certain side effects associated with ginseng.

Panax ginseng has ginsenosides, which have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Ginseng comes in different forms and has been used in Asia for thousands of years. Ginseng boosts mental performance by improving blood flow to brain cells. It also reduces inflammation and oxidative stress.

Panax ginseng can improve cognitive function after a single dose. However, only three empirical studies have investigated the effect of this herb on cognition. Moreover, only two of these studies used standardized G115 extract. Early studies found that Panax ginseng improved the speed of mental arithmetic tasks. Reay et al. found that taking G115 for seven days had positive effects on memory.

Adaptogenic herbs such as Panax ginseng have been used for centuries in Chinese medicine for improving memory and cognitive function. They can also help combat anxiety and Alzheimer’s disease. They are available in powder, capsule, or raw form and are often recommended to be taken on an empty stomach. For best results, nootropics should be taken on an empty stomach, close to bedtime. You can also cycle your regimen by taking nootropics for a certain amount of time, for example, five to seven days and then taking a break for two days.

L-theanine is a nootropic ingredient with a broad range of benefits. For example, it has been shown to help people feel calm and relaxed. It works on the physiological level by triggering the release of alpha brain waves, which are calming neurotransmitters. It also helps to lower blood pressure during periods of stress. Theanine has also been shown to be beneficial for people who are anxious.

L-theanine is an ingredient found in many natural products, including tea and some types of mushrooms. It has been studied for its benefits for the brain, and it’s now available as a supplement. Its most prominent benefit is its ability to calm anxiety. Moreover, it’s non-toxic and can be safely taken in large doses.

This amino acid has been used to improve memory, alertness, focus, and mood. It also reduces anxiety and promotes better sleep. It can also help reduce the negative effects of caffeine. Studies have shown that combining L-theanine with caffeine can improve cognitive function.
