As co-founder and principal designer of Park & Patina Design Build, Kimberly leads a luxury design-build firm that has been quietly reshaping the way Central Florida families live. But she will tell you the work has very little to do with tile selections and cabinet hardware. It has everything to do with what happens after the reveal.

She remembers one family in particular. They had moved out during their remodel — an upheaval that was hardest on their two young daughters. When the day finally came to walk back through the front door, one of the little girls looked at her mother and said, “Mommy, this was all worth it.”

For Kimberly, those five words are the whole reason. Park & Patina is not simply building beautiful spaces. It is building the backdrop for a life — the rooms where memories are made, culture is passed down, and families come home to each other, again and again.
