HOWL-O-SCREAM AT BUSCH GARDENS HALLOWEEN PARTY

HALLOWEEN HORROR NIGHTS AT UNIVERSAL ORLANDO RESORT
Through Nov. 1 The theme park comes alive on select nights with hordes of horrifying mutants, monsters and maniacs. MICKEY’S NOT-SO-SCARY HALLOWEEN PARTY
Through Nov. 1 Dress up for this not-so-scary Halloween celebration, with all kinds of treats waiting to be found throughout the Magic Kingdom. SPIRITS IN SANFORD ART SHOW
Oct. 9-10 Handmade and one-of-a-kind offerings will be available for sale at this edgy and spirited holiday art show. Friday evening is a reservations-only event; meet gifted artisans and stroll the show, with a Champagne Reception Preview Party from 6-8 p.m. offering a first look and early purchase opportunities, as well as photo opportunities with costumed characters. BAT BOY: THE MUSICAL
Oct. 15-31 This musical comedy/horror show is based on a tabloid news story about a bright-eyed, pointy-eared bat boy discovered by teenagers in a West Virginia cave. Adopted by a small town veterinarian, which both intrigues and shocks the town’s inhabitants, Bat Boy eventually acquires an education and even falls in love with the vet’s daughter, all the while struggling to keep his blood thirst under control.
