Founded in 1974 by industry visionary Tracy Forrest, the company has grown from a small operation in Winter Park into a respected leader in the field. This journey of growth and success is a testament to the hard work and dedication of all our employees, clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

Today, WPC is proudly owned by the father and son duo of Jeff Forrest, Sr. and Jeffrey Forrest, Jr., along with partners Sam Miller and Kevin Corrado. Carrying on the family legacy, they continue to uphold the high standards set by their founder. Under their leadership, WPC has expanded its services to include various projects, from hospitality renovations to commercial developments.
