Orlando Economic Partnership (OEP)
Consistently ranked among the nation’s fastest-growing major metros for both population and job creation, the Orlando region continues to attract businesses, talent, and investment at an exceptional pace. Helping to guide that momentum is the Orlando Economic Partnership (OEP), the region’s economic development organization serving Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties, along with the City of Orlando.
Over the past decade, OEP has supported the expansion of more than 250 companies, helping create nearly 35,000 jobs and generating more than $4.5 billion in capital investment. Those efforts continue to fuel the region’s sustained economic growth and strengthen Orlando’s position on the national stage. At the center of this vision is Orlando 2045: Igniting Orlando’s Potential, a bold, 20-year strategy built on three pillars: becoming the nation’s best place to live, advancing a model of 15-minute communities, and leveraging the region’s strengths to emerge as a top-ten innovation hub. Together, these goals position Orlando to become the world’s next global creative capital by 2045.
Whether supporting business expansion, advocating for regional priorities, or amplifying the region’s competitive advantages, OEP provides confidential, no-cost resources designed to help companies grow and succeed while elevating Orlando as a premier destination for business and talent.
