Rain forced Brittany Lynn Brand, 25, and Nabil Henri Salman, 27, to move their outdoor ceremony into the Siena Ballroom at The Ritz-Carlton but it didn’t dampen their spirits. “It was everything we envisioned,” says Brittany. The Augusta, Ga., residents decided to hold their nuptials in Orlando after agreeing that The Ritz “was the perfect place for our wedding,” says Brittany. The couple (she’s a student, he is an electrical engineer) met at Mercer University in Macon, Ga., during a fraternity function in 2002 and have been together ever since. In 2008, Nabil popped the question as the two stood atop the campus tower at sunset.
