Orlando Women In Healthcare: Innovation Allergy & Wellness | Oasis Dermatology
DR. HARLEEN ANDERSON & DR. JESLEEN AHLUWALIA
Innovation Allergy & Wellness | Oasis Dermatology
In a city known for innovation in health care, two sisters are redefining what it means to build practices rooted in both expertise and empathy. Though they lead separate specialties, their shared journey into medicine has shaped a parallel philosophy—one centered on personalized care, meaningful relationships, and community impact.
At Oasis Dermatology, board certified dermatologist Dr. Jesleen Ahluwalia has created a practice distinguished by individualized, technology-driven skin care. Originally from the Midwest, she brings strong academic training and experience from New York City. She specializes in skin cancer and complex medical dermatology while also offering advanced cosmetic services. Her approach blends comprehensive treatment with a deeply personal focus on each patient.
At Innovation Allergy & Wellness, Dr. Harleen Anderson, a board-certified allergist and immunologist, is reimagining the patient experience. With more than two decades of expertise, she emphasizes longer, more meaningful visits and highly tailored treatment plans. Her clinical focus includes allergies, asthma, and immune-related conditions, with a particular passion for food allergy and innovation in the field.
She is also dedicated to patient education, ensuring individuals feel informed and empowered. Beyond her practice, she serves as Chair of Women in Medicine for the Physicians Society of Central Florida and as a board member.
While their specialties differ, their philosophies align seamlessly. Both prioritize treating the whole patient, fostering long-term relationships, and delivering care grounded in trust and transparency. That shared vision has led to natural collaboration, as skin conditions and allergies often intersect, allowing them to offer a more
comprehensive approach.
Deeply connected to the Orlando community, the sisters are united in advancing access, education, and patient-centered care—elevating not only their own practices, but the standard of care across Central Florida.
