Harvey L. Massey founded the family-owned business in 1985, and the company has established themselves as a leader in the pest prevention, termite protection and landscape services industry. Their commitment to innovation, environmental responsibility and total customer satisfaction has helped the company grow from a $3.9 million company in 1985 to a $400 million company today.

In addition to providing essential services to homeowners and businesses, the company is dedicated to supporting our Central Florida community. The Massey Services Mission Statement includes the following: We believe in being a CONTRIBUTING member to our Community and Industry. And that is exactly what the company has done year after year. To further their mission of community service, they formed the Harvey and Carol Massey Foundation in 2014 and have supported many worthy non-profit organizations over the years, especially in arts, healthcare and education. Their entire senior leadership team serves on a variety of Boards of Directors, giving back through time, talent and treasure.

Today, Carol Massey serves as Chairwoman, Tony Massey is President and CEO, and Andrea Massey-Farrell has two roles – President & CEO of the Harvey and Carol Massey Foundation and Senior Vice President of Community Relations at Massey Services. Three of Tony’s sons now work for the company; and Andrea’s twin boys are interns every summer when they are home from college.
