Laura Watts, the owner of Plush Paws Pet Salon, is a go-getter known for her high standards and her special touch when it comes to animals. “I feel really lucky to wake up every day and dive into a job that I absolutely love,” she says with a smile. What brings her the most joy is leading a skilled and talented team of women who are wholeheartedly committed to their mission.

This award-winning pet boutique has become a local favorite, earning “Best of” accolades since 2015 for their Grooming services and more recently as Best Specialty Pet Store from Orlando Magazine, the Orlando Sentinel and Orlando Weekly.

Since it opened 15 years ago, Plush Paws has stood out due to their meticulous attention to detail and exceptional communication and customer service. Beyond traditional grooming, they offer a Natural Pet Market and Doggy Daycare for their clients. One of their most popular programs is the Grooming and Bathing Memberships, which help with the regular upkeep and maintenance for pets while providing discounts on services and storewide purchases.

In Laura’s spare time, she enjoys live music, a fine glass of red wine, and cherishing moments with her family and two kids.
