ABOUT

Jill S. Schwartz is the managing partner of Jill S. Schwartz & Associates, P.A. a Labor and Employment law firm. She is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent (top) rated attorney, and has been named the 2025 “Lawyer of the Year” (Employment Law-Individual) by Best Lawyers®. In 2005 she became the first female attorney from the state of Florida to be inducted into the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, a nationwide honor. She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Rutgers University and the University of Maryland School of Law.

PRACTICE

Ms. Schwartz has extensive experience representing both employees and management in all matters related to workplace issues, including: discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, whistleblowers (including qui tam), drafting and reviewing of employment contracts, non-compete and severance agreements. She is also certified as a Mediator by the Florida Supreme Court.
