Sharon Watkins founded RadiusPoint in January 1992 to focus on solving the issues that plagued her clients’ telecom, IT and utility invoices and services. To meet their needs, she assembled a team of problem solvers, which led to the creation of RadiusPoint’s proprietary software, ExpenseLogic. The business process outsourcing industry was in its infancy, and Sharon created a service and a software to fill the needs of businesses nationwide. “Creating a software that our clients can use on a daily basis and that we can use internally to manage their services, invoices and vendors has continued to evolve over the past 31 years,” Sharon states. “Part of what makes RadiusPoint so unique is the dedicated group of problem solvers who are an indispensable asset to the company and to our clients. The feedback we get from our clients is how amazing their support teams are at RadiusPoint.
