Under the guidance of Program Director, RaeLynn McAfee, and alongside her faculty comprised of experienced thought leaders, Full Sail University’s Game Business & Esports bachelor’s degree
program educates individuals who are passionate about video games, business, and collaborating on large-scale projects such as events. The accelerated bachelor’s degree program can be completed in as little as 20-months on campus and 29-months online – half the time of a traditional bachelor’s degree.

From game studios to competition venues, and esports teams to product publishers, the gaming
industry depends on business-minded individuals to keep moving forward. These professionals foster relationships with consumers, create important partnerships, and develop vital revenue streams by utilizing their business expertise combined with a deep understanding of gaming culture. Graduates of the Game Business & Esports degree program will gain marketable business acumen and skills in areas including business theory, strategy, marketing tactics, the fundamentals of the game and
esports industry, and professional communication tactics, such as crafting effective business proposals, marketing campaigns, event plans, and promotional content specific to the gaming industry.

In addition to the Game Business & Esports degree program, the university is also home to the Full Sail Armada, the institution’s collegiate-level varsity esports team and community. With the support and involvement of students, staff , faculty, and graduates, Full Sail Armada teams compete across a variety of titles throughout the year. The team hosts meetups and tournaments and travels for competitions – all with the mission of bringing competitive gamers together. The Full Sail University Orlando Health Fortress is the home of Full Sail Armada, and to date, it remains the largest collegiate esports arena in the United States.
