Founded in 1973, Florida Eye Clinic began as a single-physician practice in a small Altamonte Springs office. Over the past five decades, that vision for excellence has grown into one of Central Florida’s leading providers of comprehensive eye care. Today, Florida Eye Clinic includes 13 ophthalmologists and 9 optometrists across 10 locations, serving patients from Clermont to Winter Springs and from Kissimmee to Orange City. As a multispecialty, MD/OD integrated practice, our team combines the advanced medical expertise of board-certified ophthalmologists with the personalized care of experienced optometrists. This collaborative approach allows us to offer a full spectrum of care—from routine exams and vision correction to advanced medical and surgical treatments—all under one roof.

Our main facility in Altamonte Springs spans 30,000 square feet and houses a state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) with three fully equipped operating suites. Since opening in 1984, the ASC has performed over 150,000 successful eye surgeries and is proudly accredited by The Joint Commission for meeting the highest standards of safety and quality. Florida Eye Clinic’s ophthalmologists are experts in glaucoma, retina, cornea, neuroophthalmology, and oculoplastics, ensuring that patients receive advanced, specialized care tailored to their unique needs.
