Our main goal is to find the cause of your pain and manage it effectively. Specializing in minimally invasive, multidisciplinary pain treatments that help patients live without pain, we use a variety of approaches to treat many different pain conditions.

OUR DOCTORS

Michael Creamer, DO, and Nilusha Fernando, DO, are board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with a subspecialty in Pain Medicine. Dr. Creamer is also certified in Spinal Cord Injury Medicine. Peter Pham, MD, is board-certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, with a focus on Sports Medicine.

We pride ourselves on setting the standard for pain management techniques, including musculoskeletal ultrasound, regenerative therapy, electrodiagnostic evaluation, image-guided pain blocks, implantable medication pumps, spinal cord stimulation, sacroiliac joint injections, vertebrogenic pain treatment, and minimally invasive procedures for spinal stenosis and sacroiliac joint dysfunction. With three clinic locations in the Orlando area and nearby surgery centers, we ensure easy access for all patients.
