Promenade at Sunset Walk
On Wednesday, March 17 from 5-9 p.m. The Promenade at Sunset Walk is hosting an Outdoor Street Party and Celebration for St. Patrick’s Day featuring live music by Herbie & The Gators. The band will be performing the best Irish, classic Dubliners, sea shanty music, and more. Attendees can also enjoy street performers, lucky Leprechauns, traditional food and beverage specials from The Promenade’s restaurants. Admission is FREE Don’t forget to wear green!
Margaritaville Resort Orlando
On St. Patrick’s Day, green is the color of the day and while green beer tends to be the beverage of choice on March 15, Margaritaville Resort Orlando is serving up some unique and tasty cocktails that might just bring you the luck of the Irish. See the resort’s signature St. Patrick’s Day-themed cocktail recipes below:
The Sour Shamrock
1.50 oz of Jameson Irish Whiskey
4oz of Lemon Sour
A healthy squeeze of simple syrup
Add ingredients into a tin, shake, and pour over fresh ice. Serve in a rocks glass with a garnish of lemon and lime wheel.
Sweet Baby Stout Shot
.5 oz of Jameson Irish Whiskey
.5 oz of Kahlua coffee liqueur
Floater of Rum Chata
Add Jameson and Kahlua into a tin, dry shake and pour contents into a shot glass. Layer a Rum Chata floater on top.
1.5 oz Dano’s Jalapeno Pineapple Tequila
3 oz of Ripe Lime Sour
1 drop of green food coloring
Add tequila into a tin, add two sliced jalapeños, and muddle. Add a drop of green food coloring and add ice. Moderately shake and pour contents into a margarita glass with an Old Bay rim with fresh ice.
Four Leaf Clover
1.5 oz of Teeling Irish Whiskey
Fresh Lime Juice
4 oz of Goslings Ginger Beer
Add Teeling into a tin. Add three lime wedges and muddle, add ice and give a hard shake. Pour contents over fresh ice and complete with ginger beer.

Featuring Dublin-born Chef Stephen Doyle’s Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb with mint pesto, served with Maple and Bacon Brussel Sprouts and creamy Rosemary Mashed Potatoes. $45 per person. Now through April 5, Duffy’s is offering a Taste of Ireland St. Patrick’s Day menu, including Irish Potato Skins, a Reuben Burger, Loaded Potato Soup, and a Shamrock Pie. Duffy’s is also serving up some delicious St. Patrick’s Day drinks like their Dublin Drop and Lucky Duffy.
Orange County Library
The Victorian Horror Troupe Phantasmagoria returns to the library for a special St. Patrick’s Day performance on March 10. You won’t want to miss this “whimsically macabre” online storytelling evening from the troupe, which was declared by Good Day Atlanta to be, “one of the most unique theatre troupes in the country.” Watch live on the library’s Facebook page.
Paddle & Pint on Lake Ivanhoe
It’s a Celts and Kilts pre-St. Patrick’s Day celebration on the water at Paddle & Pints on Lake Ivanhoe. Happening Friday, March 12 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Take in a beautiful sunset on Lake Ivanhoe wearing your favorite St. Patty’s day gear. Style points if you wear a kilt, plus your first drink is on Lake Life Paddle. After the paddle session, hop across the street for some Irish style shenanigans at The Hammered Lamb. $37 event fee includes everything you’ll need. $10 if you have your own paddle board or kayak.
March For Meals 5k Run / Walk
Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day 2021 in Orlando for a St. Patrick’s 5K Run/Walk and raise awareness of hunger. March for Meals St. Patrick’s 5K Run/Walk is a fun run event to create awareness of senior hunger and to raise money for the Meals on Wheels program in Osceola County through the Osceola Council on Aging. It is a fun run with a clock, so you can catch your time at the finish line! Participants are asked to have fun with the color “green” by wearing your “lucky” green to celebrate ending Senior Hunger!
Shamrocks & Shenanigans Virtual 4 Mile Run / Walk
Leprechaun costumes, traditional Irish food, and running, of course–there’s no better way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day than completing the Shamrocks & Shenanigans Virtual 4 Mile Run. Celebrate your race and the “Luck of the Irish” with runners from all 50 states and around the world. Complete each distance one at a time or if you’re feeling lucky complete all 4 miles. Either way, we encourage you to wear your finest St. Patrick’s Day attire and have fun! Your virtual event can be completed any time from March 1 – 31. Participants receive a medal and bib. $29 per person.
