Advertising Sales Coordinator


The candidate will multi-task, learn and use internal systems, input data, and ad production for the sales team. The individual will also support other activities as needed. They will communicate effectively with internal and external customers and resolve customer issues. They will plan, organize, and prioritize workflows to meet goals and deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to; the interaction between advertisers and employees. Being a point liaison between the Publisher, Sales Department, and Production departments working with advertisers on the appearance of their ads, proofing and ad trafficking. Other duties include pagination validation, marketing support, sales support, and other office necessities.

  • Provide administrative support for sales team
  • Work closely with advertisers throughout the ad creation process
  • Customer Service (billing inquiries, etc..)
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed and based on office work flow

Preferred Attributes, Skills (but not required)

  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Food/Product Stylists (Local stylists who can style food or product/gift guide shoots; product shoots may involve pulling items locally)
