At just 15, Tia Bastian discovered a passion for design, drawn to architecture and homes that tell a story. Since 2003, she has built a dynamic career spanning real estate investing, remodeling foreclosures, home staging, and interior and exterior design, ultimately becoming a sought-after pool designer in the Winter Garden area.

Raised in Massachusetts, Tia graduated from Chelmsford High School and went on to study Interior Design at NHIA in Manchester, NH, along with Kitchen and Bath Design at the Boston Architectural College. Her work has been featured in Coastal Home Magazine, Accent Magazine, and Architectural Digest, including highlights of her own residences in New Hampshire and Winter Garden, FL. Several of her custom homes have also appeared in Parade of Homes tours in Exeter, NH.

Early in her career, Tia partnered with her contractor brothers to build custom homes throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire, blending strong investment instincts with a refined design perspective. Some of these homes also hosted charitable events supporting local hospitals.

After relocating to Winter Garden in 2014, Tia gained recognition with a local design firm before discovering her true passion for pool design. She now works as an independent designer with Dreamscapes Pools & Spas and collaborates with Dream Finders Homes to create custom outdoor living spaces. Known for her hands-on approach, Tia is dedicated to bringing each client’s vision to life, creating beautiful spaces where lasting memories are made.
