Orlando thrill-seekers, start your engines—Test Track is hitting the road once again! The reimagined fan-favorite attraction at EPCOT is set to reopen July 22, featuring an exciting new look, sound, and high-tech storytelling designed to delight guests of all ages.
Presented by General Motors, the updated ride now explores the future of automotive innovation, complete with an all-new musical score and immersive scenes. One standout moment showcases how vehicles “see” their surroundings using advanced sensors and cameras, represented in dazzling Disney fashion with more than 29,000 points of light. It’s a visual feast that literally puts you in the driver’s seat of tomorrow.
While the tech is cutting-edge, the heart of Test Track remains the same—celebrating the joy of the open road and the shared adventure of a great road trip. With finishing touches underway and preview rides coming soon for Annual Passholders and other select groups, the countdown is officially on.
Until then, there’s plenty of summer magic to explore across Walt Disney World, from TRON Lightcycle / Run and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind to Slinky Dog Dash and beyond.
