The Dream Finders Homes Lucky Charm 5K & 10K combines fitness, fun, and a lively post-race atmosphere, making it a favorite for both competitive runners and those just looking for a spirited way to start the day. The chip-timed 5K and 10K races begin at 8 a.m., with awards following shortly after.
All registered runners receive a race shirt, a finisher medal, and a special St. Patrick’s Day cup. After crossing the finish line, participants ages 21 and up can enjoy a complimentary beer courtesy of Home State Brewing Co., while all runners can refuel with free coffee and ice cream provided by Foxtail Coffee and Kelly’s Ice Cream.
The event is also family-friendly, featuring kids’ races beginning around 9:15 a.m., where young runners earn their own bibs and medals. Once the racing wraps up, the celebration continues with a Lucky Charm after-party at the brewery, blending Irish-themed fun with a relaxed community vibe.
