Recipe of the Month: Fighting Irish

Part of the cocktail program at the Stadium Club. 

Ingredients: Jameson Irish Whiskey, Liquid Alchemist Prickly Pear Cocktail Syrup, ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters, fresh lemon juice. 

How to make: Shake and strain into a Collins glass with ice. 

Serve in: Collins glass.

Garnish: Orange slice.

• 2 oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey
  
• 1.5 oz. Liquid Alchemist Prickly Pear Cocktail Syrup
  
• 2 dashes ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters
  
• 0.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
