LITTLE DIVERSIFIED ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTING

L to R: Missy Palasol, Lindsey Piant Perez, Dorrie Knizatko and Helena Cheung

At Little’s Orlando office, leadership is more than a position or a role, it’s about creating purposeful spaces that our community members rely on every day. It’s in the way a workplace brings a team together so that collaboration and productivity is at its best, how a higher ed campus invites connection between students and faculty, and how a medical facility focuses on the experience of both patients and caregivers. Much of that impact can be traced to four women whose work quietly shapes the city.

Missy Palasol, Workplace Studio Principal, approaches design in a way that helps organizations thrive from the inside out. She listens closely to understand vision, culture and goals, translating that into environments where employees perform their best. As Community Studio Principal, Lindsey Piant Perez is driven by a belief that design carries responsibility.

Her work across education and civic spaces reflects a deep commitment to sustainability and resiliency, ensuring the places we build today can support communities well into the future. In healthcare, Helena Cheung brings a steady focus on what matters most: people. Her projects are grounded in the understanding that design can positively impact lives. Her work supports not just clinical outcomes, but the emotional experience of patients, families, and caregivers. And, Dorrie Knizatko, Director of Client Development & Growth, strengthens the relationships that make meaningful work possible. She connects vision with trust, helping clients feel heard, supported, and confident in the results Little will help them achieve.

Together, they are shaping more than buildings. They are helping Orlando grow with purpose – creating places that elevate performance, create lasting impact, and, above all, serve the people who use them every day.
