Throughout Brittani Acuff’s journey with CREW Health, she has witnessed firsthand how their commitment to authenticity and acceptance fosters positive change in our community. By staying true to their core values and understanding the needs of the people they serve, an environment has been cultivated where positivity can thrive. Brittani feels that the Orlando area stands out as a vibrant hub where individuals pursue their passions, leading to a flourishing landscape of new businesses, nonprofits, and events that showcase the city’s spirit.

Philanthropy is at the heart of CREW Health; it’s not just practice but the foundation which guides them. CREW Health was built to serve their patients and the community and every success is due to those people they serve and the partnerships that have been built along the way. Raised with the belief that helping others is essential, Brittani is honored to serve on the board of the American Heart Association’s Orlando Chapter and lead initiatives that encourage real conversations about heart health. Leadership requires trusting your instincts and listening to others, and she believes collaboration is key to achieving meaningful impact. Refl ecting on her life, attending Ole Miss was a pivotal decision that opened her eyes to diverse perspectives and set her on the path she walks today. Inspired by women like Dolly Parton, who broke barriers and led with integrity, she strives to embody those qualities in her own life.

Despite existing barriers to female leadership, she believes we can unite and support one another in breaking down these walls. She encourages the next generation of women to be bold and collaborative, reminding them that shining bright as individuals only enhances the brilliance of those around them. Together, we can create a galaxy of stars that illuminates our community and beyond.
