Adena Ajayi is the Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Ajayi Healthcare, a dedicated patient-care and healthcare management group. Patient care is
offered through The Children’s Lung Asthma and Sleep Specialists, Women’s Sleep Center, and Florida Pediatric Research Institute, while auxiliary services come from Florida Medical Marketing, Scribing and Office Support Services, and the recently formed company, Share Med Space.

Adena moved to Orlando 22 years ago with her husband, Dr. Akinyemi Ajayi, with the goal of creating a high-level pediatric pulmonary and sleep medical practice. With an extensive background in marketing—initially as a marketing director in the entertainment industry at Arista Records and later as a medical marketing manager for Bristol Myers Squibb in New York—Adena played a key role in guiding the practice’s growth. The couple carefully expanded The Children’s Lung Asthma and Sleep Specialists to serve children from Florida’s southeast to southwest coasts, with offices ranging from West Palm Beach to Jacksonville and from Tallahassee to Tampa, including multiple locations throughout Central Florida.

After raising her three daughters—one a physician and two attorneys—and building a highly successful business alongside her husband, Adena has come full circle, returning to the music industry to pursue her passion as a recording artist. She exemplifies that it is never too late to follow your dreams and is committed to inspiring other women to do the same.

Adena Ajayi’s debut single, “Aura,” is a vibrant track that radiates her positive energy and is streaming on all platforms. “Aura” serves as a daily anthem: “We go through so many ups and downs.
