ABOUT
Jill S. Schwartz is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Rutgers University and The University of Maryland School of Law. She is the managing partner of Jill S. Schwartz & Associates, P. A., a Labor and Employment law firm, founded in 1993. She is a Martindale-Hubbell “AV Pre-eminent” (top) rated attorney. Ms. Schwartz has been named the “Lawyer of the Year” -Employment Law-Individual in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2022 and 2025, and for Labor Law in 2026 by Best Lawyers®. Additionally, she has appeared in The Best Lawyers in America® every year since 2006. In 2005, she became the first female attorney from the state of Florida to be inducted into the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, a nationwide honor.
PRACTICE
Ms. Schwartz has extensive experience representing both employees and management in all matters related to workplace issues, including: discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, whistleblowers (including qui tam), drafting and reviewing of employment contracts, non-compete and severance agreements. She is also certified as a Mediator by the Florida Supreme Court.

Ms. Schwartz has been included in the “Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers” since 1999. She has been listed in Florida Trend Magazine’s “Legal Elite” and in Florida Super Lawyers since 2007. In 2023, Ms. Schwartz was inducted into Orlando Magazine’s Hall of Fame for being named by her peers to the Best Lawyers list 14 times since 2010.
