ABOUT
David Bigney, founder of Bigney Law Firm, has nearly 30 years of legal experience as a criminal defense attorney and has completed more than 100 jury trials. As a former assistant state attorney [ASA], David has a unique skill set to understand both sides of the courtroom, allowing him the opportunity to anticipate the prosecutor’s actions so he can execute the proper defense strategy for his clients. David has handled cases ranging from misdemeanors to major felonies in both state and federal court. His practice includes defending clients facing charges such as drug trafficking, RICO, white-collar crimes, injunctions, DUIs and battery.
He has represented clients in high-profile cases involving professional athletes and Billboard-charting musicians and has also served as a legal consultant for CNN, NBC and ABC. In the book Taking a Stand, the author describes him as “an optimist with a confident tone that led me to believe he could represent a ham sandwich and have a jury declare it roast beef.”
