Jill Schwartz is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Rutgers University and The University of Maryland Law School. She is the managing partner of Jill S. Schwartz & Associates, P. A., a Labor and Employment law firm, founded in 1993.

Ms. Schwartz is a Martindale-Hubbell “AV Pre eminent” (top) rated attorney. She has been named the “Lawyer of the Year” in her field 8 times since 2013 by Best Lawyers®. She has appeared in The Best Lawyers in America® every year since 2006. In 2005, she became the first female attorney from Florida to be inducted into the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, a nationwide honor.
