What’s better than a pumpkin patch? Making new scarecrow friends at SeaWorld Spooktacular.

If you’re looking for a fun way to celebrate Halloween with  little to no scares, SeaWorld Orlando’s Halloween Spooktacular is calling your name. This immersive daytime event is packed with festive fun—from trick-or-treating along themed candy trails to lively parades, seasonal food offerings, dance parties, pumpkin gardens, and colorful decor that bring the park to life.

Key Things to Know

Included with Admission: No separate ticket needed for Spooktacular.

  • Runs Weekends (Aug 30 to Nov 02): Activities usually from 11 a.m. – 5:30 pm (check the app for exact times).
  • Trick-or-Treating: You’ll need an official SeaWorld trick-or-treat bag ( $3.99) available at at Coconut Bay Traders, Trek Treasures, SeaWorld Store, Toy Store at Waterfront and Stroller Gifts.
  • Costume Rules:
    • Kids under 13 can wear costumes, masks, and face paint.
    • Adults can wear costumes but no full masks, hoods, or face paint.
  • Use the SeaWorld app to check when character meet-ups, parades, shows, and special activities are happening.
  • Take advantage of the event map, you’ll save time, I promise.
