ABOUT US
Our physician-owned, independent primary care practice includes 12 Primary Care Providers and has provided comprehensive care for over 47 years. We deliver high-quality care with utmost courtesy and professionalism to patients aged seven and above. We have cared for families across multiple generations. Our goal is to build strong, long-term relationships with individuals and their families.
FOCUS OF PRACTICE
Emphasizing preventive care, the providers at Family Medical Center aim to spend quality time with patients and offer guidance for a healthy lifestyle. Our Preventive Health Services include Adult Annual Wellness Exams, Women’s Exams, Cognitive Assessments, and Cancer Screenings. We also provide routine medical services, including care for minor illnesses, sprains and strains, Hypertension, Diabetes, COPD, Depression, Asthma, and more.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
All Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners are board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
WHAT SETS US APART
We offer on-site lab, X-ray, and ultrasound services. Additionally, we offer same-day appointments, accept walk-ins, and are open on Saturdays. Our physicians take pride in innovation, participate in research studies, and offer telemedicine visits when appropriate for our patients.
