OUR DOCTORS

Michael Creamer, DO, and Nilusha Fernando, DO, are certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with a subspecialty in Pain Medicine. Dr. Creamer is also certified in Spinal Cord Injury Medicine. We are pleased to welcome Peter Pham, MD, to our team. He specializes in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine with an interest in Sports Medicine. Dr. Pham is a Sidney Kimmel Medical College graduate at Thomas Jefferson University. He completed his residency at Emory University School of Medicine and was Chief Fellow during his fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Pham is board-eligible in anesthesiology and pain medicine.

We have cared for Orlando patients for over 30 years. We pride ourselves on establishing the standard for pain management modalities, such as musculoskeletal ultrasound, regenerative therapy, electro-diagnostic evaluation, image-guided pain blocks, implantable medication pumps, spinal cord stimulation, sacroiliac joint injections, vertebrogenic pain treatment and minimally invasive treatments for the management of spinal stenosis and sacroiliac joint dysfunction. We have three clinic locations in the Orlando area and utilize surgery centers close to our offices, so we are accessible to all patients. We prioritize timely care and have new patient appointments available.
