This 8000 square foot 1885 Italianate villa is located in the historic district of Fernandina Beach, home of Amelia Island’s tours, attractions, shops and restaurants, and an easy bike ride to 13 miles of pristine beach. The mansion, three cottages and pool rest on an eco-friendly landscaped smoke-free acre featuring native plants, palm trees, large oaks and a butterfly garden.
Over-sized rooms and suites – some with kitchens and multiple beds - are furnished with a blend of today’s comforts and yesterday’s beauty: king or queen beds, flat panel televisions, movie channels, coffee makers, robes and antiques. Guest baths (all private ensuite) offer showers and Jacuzzi or Victorian soaking tubs as well as earth-friendly amenities. Our cottages are located right behind the main mansion and share common grounds and privileges with main house guests. Two of our extra-large rooms can comfortably accommodate up to five guests.

This place is amazing. I was called at the last minute to be the best man in my friends wedding. His new wife and I have never seen Eye to Eye. After going into almost every Tux shop in Metro Orlando I decided to give them a shot. I told "J" about my need for a tux that fits by the next day. He told me that it would be hard but it was doable. I half expected to pay a lot extra. After about an hour and a half he came back to me told me that everything was in order. He not only saved me from looking like an even worse friend in Sarah's eyes but made me look good while he was doing it.

Do not take your dress here. Long's butchered my dress during a routine bustle alteration and refused to repair it. When I returned to the store for my final fitting there was two large palm sized stains on the back bodice of the dress and the pleating on the left back portion of the dress was completely pulled out. My dress looked like it had been worn. Long's insisted that my brand new dress had been bought to them in this condition..they charged me $156 and refused to fix my dress or give me a refund. It was three days before my wedding and I had to find a shop on short notice that could make repairs and clean the dress. It was a horrible experience that I would not wish on anyone. Brides beware!!! Do not take your dress here!!!
