AMY O. Bridal, Pearl Studs 8mm ($24.00) - I am in love with these sweet little pearl stud earrings. They’d make the perfect gift accessory for my bridesmaids or even the flower girl. They could also be a great fit for a modest or casual bride.

Mainstream Collection, Retro “Perfect” Pouch ($6.99) - For girls like me who love all that is retro, this bag is a keeper. I’m a fan of the chevron pattern. And if the wedding day is really as hectic as I keep hearing it will be, then this pouch is useful and practical for my bridesmaids to keep track of their makeup and other small necessities.

Jack Black Supreme Cream Triple Cushion Shave Lather with Macadamia Nut Oil & Soy (Full Size: $24.00) - My fiancé tried the product and he recommends it for gentlemen who have joined the revival of old style shaving. However, be sure to keep the grooming habits of your groomsmen in mind before gifting this cream — modern shaving gel and multi-blade razor users may find it too thin.

Jack Black Post Shave Cooling Gel with Aloe, Sage & Lavender (Full Size: $20.00) - My fiancé didn’t notice a cooling sensation but notes it went on smooth and smelled nice. It would make a nice gift for the groomsmen in preparation for the big day.

Happy Socks ($12.00) - The socks feel comfortable and are made from breathable materials, which is definitely a plus when the groomsmen would be wearing them for hours in the Florida heat. Practicality is a huge consideration for my fiancé, so he likes that the socks are a wearable gift idea. For my part, I like that they’re trendy and stylish.

Verdict: This box offered great gift suggestions for the bridal party. My fiancé and I would love to use some of the items ourselves. I was intrigued enough to visit the vendors’ websites and I may end up purchasing some of my other wedding day needs from them. (I can’t get over the wonderful jewelry at AMY O. Bridal.) Overall, this box was well worth it for the savvy bride who wants gifts that are both attractive and practical for her bridal party. Ladies with more whimsical or luxurious tastes might not like the box as much as I did.

Bride and Groom Koozies - These custom koozies would come in handy while getting ready before the wedding or during the honeymoon.

Lauren B. Beauty Nail Couture, Malibu Beach ($18.00) - Bold and non-traditional brides can spice up their wedding day manicure with a colored accent nail — and this sizzling shade of Malibu Beach is the perfect “something blue” for the big day.

Be A Bombshell, Lip Gloss in Mauvelous ($14.00) - I wasn’t in love with the thick texture of this lip gloss at first. This particular color was too bright on me even after one coat, but I’m sure in another color I would love the product. It’s highly pigmented and provides super glossy shine for brides who want a glam look.

ToGoSpa, Coconut Eyes ($12.50)  - This product is a MUST before your engagement photos or the morning of the big day. It noticeably reduced some of my under-eye puffiness and made my eyes look and feel refreshed. Be sure to share it with your maid of honor and your bridesmaids, too!

Melissa’s Jewelry & Accessories, Mrs. Necklace ($26.00) - I can’t wait to wear this little sterling silver plated pendant. It would be adorable on the honeymoon or to put on at the reception if you’re going to wear a separate outfit.

SmockPaper, "Daydream" 100 Lined Page Eco Notebook - It’s not normal to get this excited about a notebook but I love everything about it. I’ve been looking for a good wedding planner notebook with some flexibility and this will meet my needs perfectly.

The Handford Collection, Thank You Cards and Envelopes - These vintage-inspired thank you cards would work well following a Spring wedding, a garden theme or venue, or a pink and mint color palette reception.

Lily & Val, Fine Art Chalkboard Print (From $19) - This sample print would make an adorable sign at the right wedding. Chalkboard style artwork is popular with many brides and the hand-drawn typographical design is lovely.

Verdict: The Bride Box knows who its audience is and caters to us well — I loved all the products included in the box and appreciated the variety of tastes and types of brides that were represented with the selection. I was amazed at how many items the box contained; it’s really a great value and I would recommend it for any bride-to-be.

Naiad Soap Arts, Mini Lemon Poppy Seed Sugar Whipped Soap ($5.50) - The scent is deliciously luxe and the texture is creamy and delicate. It contains natural sugar and poppy seed exfoliants and it also acts as a cleanser and moisturizer. I wouldn’t normally think to put this on my registry but I do love the product.

Paddywax Library ex Libris - Jane Austen ($8.00) - This would be a cute and classy favor for a bookish couple or a fanciful romance novel-inspired wedding. Bookworm brides like me will be tickled by the literary references, but you don’t have to be to appreciate the romantic air associated with Jane Austen and this sweet scented candle.

Illume, Chanterelle Moss Envelope Matches ($5.00) - This envelope would provide an attractive and organized way of safely keeping the matches to light unity candles in the ceremony.

Brownlow Gifts, Bamboo Cutting Board Gift Set ($7.99) - The bamboo cutting board is a useful, eco-friendly gift. It would make a practical favor for a culinary-inspired wedding or a foodie couple.

Botanical Bars, Custom Mint Lip Balm (25 for $24.99) - Lip balm is a necessity on the big day, so this custom handmade version would be a life-saving addition to a goodie bag for the bridal party or to provide at the reception for guests.

Verdict: StudioWedBox intended to present unusual and unique wedding registry ideas, but the selection makes more sense as a wedding favor box. The items are high quality and unique; they simply fulfill the role of favors more than as items my fiancé and I would want to have on our registry.
