A Winter Park makeup artist unveils her own cosmetics line.

Lady G’s cosmetic line includes eye shadows, lip gloss, eye liner pencil sharpeners and cheek makeup.

As a seasoned makeup artist, Lena Graham of Absolutely Gorgeous Brides in Winter Park knows all about cosmetics, and she’s known for providing her brides with makeup goodie bags for post-ceremony touch-ups.

After years of filling those bags with other people’s cosmetic creations, Lena G, as she’s known professionally, decided it was high time that she developed her own line. Her collection, called Lady G, includes lip gloss, eye shadow, blush and powder palettes in a variety of shades.

“Some of the looks I’m working on are light lips, very natural looking, with a smoky eye, or making a bold statement with bright plum, coral or red lips coupled with an understated eye and cheek makeup,” she says. The key to creating a successful look, she says, is intense color—“without going overboard.” Choose one feature to play up with lots of color, and keep the rest of your makeup subtle.

Graham’s makeup collection ranges in price from $8.50 to $12.50. You can call 407-218-0505 to request a catalog or make an appointment for a private showing of the Lady G line at her Winter Park studio at 2431 Aloma Ave., Suite 277.
