Description:

St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School prides itself on guiding and developing the faith of children for more than 60 years. We are committed to providing children with a successful academic experience intertwined with a faith-filled community. We promote responsibility, respect, and learning among our students while integrating the growth of knowledge and faith in God and our Catholic traditions.
Step onto our campus, and you will notice that we are much more than a place to learn. We are a community of believers. The diversity of SCBCS provides an opportunity for the students to experience different cultures, while embracing commonalities.
SCBCS shares a campus in College Park with Bishop Moore Catholic High School, a nationally recognized high school. For those considering a PreK3 – grade 12 educational experience, SCBCS is a natural choice, as students are familiar with the high school campus and easily transition from SCBCS to BMCHS.
We encourage our students to work hard, play hard, and pray hard—which means our dedicated faculty is invested in making sure our students are developing academically and spiritually. Spiritual growth is our top priority. Our students don’t just learn about God—they strive to be like Him through daily prayer, the celebration of weekly Mass, retreats and volunteer work.
Our rigorous curriculum, enhanced by religion, fine arts, foreign language, and technology challenges student to excel academically and creatively. A deep offering of extracurricular activities, such as National Junior Honors Society, band, choir, student council, yearbook and more, as well as “Bulldog” athletics, including volleyball, soccer, basketball, track & field, and cheerleading, round out the St. Charles Borromeo educational experience.
We invite you to visit our campus and learn how your child can become a Bulldog.
